Thin crust perfection! If you’re looking for the best ultra-thin crust in the tri-state area, look no further. Kinchley’s is a total classic. We grabbed the signature pizza and it was exactly what we needed—crispy, light, and loaded with flavor without being greasy. We also shared some pasta, which was surprisingly hearty and served in a massive portion. The old-school tavern atmosphere is unbeatable. It’s unpretentious, consistent, and worth every bit of the hype. Pro tip: Get there early or be ready for a wait—it’s popular for a reason!
Growing up in Ramsey and Mahwah, Kinchley's Tavern was alway my go to pizza place for the best thin crust pizza. Fast forward to 30 years later, and they still have the best thin crust pizza. The people and the atmosphere always makes you feel like you are home. For anyone who hasn't been there before and plan on going, it is a cash only business, although they have an ATM on the premise.
We can’t wait to come back next time! The thin crust pizza was so good! We got half cheese and half bacon and sausage. We also got a Caesar salad. I’d definitely come back and order the same. Our waitress was so nice to recommend we go with 1 large pie and split half/half vs getting 2 smalls. We came around 12 PM on a Saturday and within 10-15 mins, the place filled up!
Great pizza and in fact the rest of their food too! Staff is quick, friendly snx accommodating. You can walk in but it is best to make reservations if you are going at a busy time as it can get really busy! It is worth the price, time and wait!
This place is a trip. Cash only but there's an ATM. The food is awesome, we ordered Caesar salad, calamari, coconut shrimp and a cheese pie with fra diavolo sauce. The bar pies are fantastic with super crispy crust and incredible sauce
A true Bergen County legend! Tried the Buffalo Chicken pizza, and the cracker-like thin crust was absolutely incredible. You can really feel that authentic, old-school quality and perfect balance of buffalo sauce in every bite. It doesn't feel heavy at all. Love the nostalgic tavern vibe too. Definitely coming back!

Awesome! My nice neighbor couple took us here last night. We ordered three pizzas and two salads. Every dish is perfect. We enjoyed the delicious pizza.
We tried this place for the first time a few months ago, and it has been a favorite since. We visit every time we’re in the area now. The ricotta and pesto meatballs are delicious. Their pizza, specifically with their fra diavolo sauce, is the best!! It’s always super busy so make a reservation and it’s only cash (but worth it).
